New Master Iron Company Testimonial

I am proud to share what my clients and now friends have to say about our iron doors, products, and services.

We are so thrilled with our new door and transom window which was recently manufactured and installed by Master Iron Company.  It has completely changed the appearance of our home both outside and inside, to the point that someone who comes to my house once a week thought she had the wrong house and almost left before realizing she really was at our home.  From beginning to end the process was smooth and exceeded our expectations.  Claudia was very helpful in helping us decide what we wanted to do.  We sent her a picture of the outside entry of our house and she was able to photoshop a door onto our picture so we could get an idea of what it would look like with an iron door.  When we decided we wanted to proceed, she patiently helped us narrow down the many choices we had for our entry, and after the doors and window were in the process of being constructed, sent us pictures for our approval before the final finishing process was started.  When the doors and window arrived, the installers hung plastic from ceiling to floor in our entry way, completely closing it off to the rest of the house so there was no dust or debris from the removal of the old door and window.  They had the old door, sidelights, and window removed and the new double doors and window installed before leaving that day.  They returned the next morning to put the finishing details on the doors and window, re-hung the molding, and touch up any paint that was marred both inside and outside the house.  They were meticulous in touching up the paint and carrying away all the debris from the demolition.  They did their work quietly and were very courteous throughout the process.  It was easy to see they took pride in their work and loved what they were doing.  Many of our neighbors and even the mail carrier have commented on how much the new doors and window have changed the look of the house.  I was truly amazed at how much it has dressed up the look inside the house.  Our home is a tract home that is almost 20 years old, but the new doors and window make it look newer and polished and more like a custom home.  We can't be happier!!

Thanks again for the wonderful work you all did in transforming our house!!

Master Iron Company with a Dream

It is, without a doubt, so difficult to run a company. I believe it is twice as hard for a woman to do so, especially being a mother, wife, and now an entrepreneur.  The challenge arises every day in a competitive market with a popular product. However, here in Master Iron Company, I strive to have something more that stands out above all. 1. Commitment - to be there for every client that eventually will become a good friend of ours, 2. Dedication - dedicated to what we do best, to provide the utmost quality product, and 3. Customer Service - provide each client with the undivided attention everyone of them deserves, not stacking files up, but rather taking the time to answer every question, concern, or need.
While growing up I was taught to care and in return I would obtain the same. Now, I know that for my business, Master Iron Company, that is the Dream. To take care of those that seek our products and services and to be there for them all the time. May the Lord help me through this journey and give me the patience and wisdom to insure it works that way.

Now President & CEO

Life takes us in many directions. Some are planned, but most of them are not. I always thought that I would be a successful attorney, but instead I am now a successful business woman. I now own Master Iron Company and feel the dedication, committment, and hard work that has to go into it. I pray that the Lord will give me strength and wisdom to run this operation in order to help my clients, employees, and family. All that I do is not because of my own strength and knowledge, rather, it is by what God has given me and taught me. I look forward to the challenge of being a hispanic, a woman, and a business owner, where men dominate. Manufacturing custom iron doors, stair railings, and more has now become part of me; therefore, I will try very hard to make sure that this business is successful!
